Today, and every day, we are committed to celebrating all women, especially those who are Black, Indigenous, and women of colour; those who are queer, are trans, or have disabilities; and those who live at the intersections of these and other marginalized identities.
We recognize that the experience of womanhood is not universal, and experiences of gender-based discrimination are often influenced by racism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, classism, and other forms of oppression. We are committed to learning about and working against all systems of domination that affect women and other marginalized people.
